This used 2024 Nautitech 44 Open is a 44-foot sailing catamaran located in Lagos, Portugal. Designed by Marc Lombard, it has a fiberglass hull, dual helm stations, and an open layout connecting the cockpit, saloon, and galley on one level. The two-cabin, two-head owner’s configuration places the master suite to port, with a guest cabin and SmartRoom utility area to starboard. Large cockpit doors, a forward-facing chart table, light-wood interior, cockpit enclosure, and foredeck lounge complete the principal living spaces.

Propulsion comes from twin upgraded 50 hp Volvo Penta D2-50F engines with folding propellers, supported by an Onan 7 kW generator. The electrical system includes a 1,020-amp-hour lithium house bank, 1,840 watts of solar capacity, and a Victron 3,000-watt inverter/charger.
